INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Before you finalize your order, you’ll be given various delivery options at the checkout to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.

We usually dispatch order to our international within 21 business days but it might take up to 30 days,  depending how busy we are or when the is sale/promotion going on our website  it might take longer to prepare your order. You will receive dispatch confirmation with tracking number. there may be delays to receive your package like public holidays, we are not to be held  responsible any delays occurs from the courier side. bear in mind that delivery estimate that you have been provided on the website or email is just estimate and not the actual date you are of the delivery, you responsible for any import and clearance duties charges  we monitors all dispatched order through all transit until is delivered to you, we get confirmation email from our couriers and signature, to provide signature is your responsibility as the signature is a proof that you received your package. If you change your address while the order is its way kindly contact the courier to change your delivery address.

We encourage our client to add their phone to make it easy for the courier guys to know what is the best time to deliver your package.

OUR LOCAL DELIVERY

Our local client will get their order next day, we will call you morning with the number you provide to confirm if you are available to receive your order, we will not process your delivery if we can not get in touch with you. make sure you provide the correct address for the delivery.
